Bio: Betty Feng holds a Ph.D. degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation. Her passion in the teaching and learning of foreign languages was germinated from her undergraduate concentration on language arts. She has been actively involved in the research and development of utilizing technology in the teaching and learning of languages, resulting in the technology platform we utilize.
